How does the free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to the plan's features during the trial period.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don't add a payment method, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data and configurations are preserved — you can upgrade anytime.
How is document usage counted?
Each document processed through the pipeline (classified and/or extracted) counts as one document. Pages within a multi-page document are not counted separately.
What happens if I exceed my monthly document limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. Additional documents are billed at a per-document overage rate. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What about on-premises pricing?
On-premises deployment is available on the Enterprise plan. Pricing is based on your volume, deployment requirements, and support needs. Contact us for a custom quote.
Who owns the data?
You do. We never use your documents for model training. On Enterprise plans, you can deploy on-premises with full data residency control.
