When you use DocAI Fabric, we process documents you upload solely to provide the service. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

3. Data Processing & Storage

Documents uploaded to DocAI Fabric are processed using the AI model you select and are not retained after processing is complete unless you explicitly save results.

For self-hosted deployments, all data stays within your infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) solely for document processing, subject to their data processing agreements
Infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) for hosting services
Service providers who assist in operating our business

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
