By accessing or using DocAI Fabric ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocAI Fabric is a GenAI-native intelligent document processing platform that provides document classification, data extraction, and workflow automation using large language models.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. We process your documents solely to provide the Service and do not use your data to train AI models.

6. AI Model Usage

The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all extracted data before use in business decisions.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Pricing & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocAI Fabric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
